Before I entered the adult industry I remember being fascinated with any behind the scenes videos I happened upon. I wanted to know what it was really like to be on a porn set.
My wife thought that was strange considering how much I abhoe reality TV. But there's a difference - a huge difference. Reality TV is packaged. I'm sure there are some candid moments, but they follow a script. They have to or viewers would tune out from boredom.
I sent two videographers to the action shoot with Rod, Pat and Rusty. John shot primary, and Seth was instructed to leave his camera running, especially in between takes. I wanted him to capture it all.
Granted, if I ran the three hours of footage non-stop it would be tediously boring. So I paired it down and what you get is some candid time with the guys. Seth was unobtrusive and most of the time the guys forgot they were being taped.
I'm unsure what other sites provide for behind the scenes. Really, it doesn't matter because every company has a different approach in how they shoot. This will give you a peek into the shoot with Rod, Pat and Rusty.
